There are a lot of unfamiliar anatomical terms in the 'New Kegel exercise' app, but you do not have to memorize these terms.
Just watch it and understand the contents of the app.

You just need to know the concept of pelvic nutation and distal attachment sites of the muscles which cause the pelvis to nutate.
◇ Pelvic Nutrition
-The lumbar curvature is increased.
-The pelvis is tilted forward.
-The pelvic inlet is narrowed.
-The pelvic outlet is widened.
◇ Distal attachment sites of the muscles which cause the pelvis to nutate
-Located at the proximal end of the femur.
Pelvic breathing is a breathing method that applies the principle of abdominal breathing.
At first, practice abdominal breathing in line with the abdominal breathing animation.
If abdominal breathing is performed well, then practice pelvic breathing in line with the pelvic breathing animation.

◇ When nutating the pelvis, you should not forcefully pull the lumbar vertebrae and both hip bones, in which the muscles causing the pelvis to nutate arise, toward proximal ends of both femurs
⇒ Nutate the pelvis with the feeling that you'll nutate the pelvis with the breath inhaled by pelvic breathing
◇ You should not let the nutated pelvis be intentionally returned to its original state.
⇒ Let the nutated pelvis be returned to its original state with the feeling that the nutated pelvis is naturally returned to its original state as the inhaled breath exits the pelvic cavity.
※New Kegel Exercise can be done while sitting on a chair with both heels raised.
Chapter Ⅴ. New Kegel Aerobics
At first, do New Kegel Aerobics with pelvic breathing of basic type.
If you get used to it, do New Kegel Aerobics with pelvic breathing composed of basic, figure 8, and circle types.
※ When performing pelvic breathing for New Kegel Aerobics, you have to breathe in line with the breathing animation on the right side.
Prostate Orgasm Exercise
◇ Before prostate orgasm exercise, you should be aware of the location of the perineal body in front of the anal canal.
◇ In particular, when performing step 7 of the prostate orgasm exercise, the depth of inhalation should be very shallow. Because even a little deep inhalation can interfere with feeling prostate orgasm.
